Started by a Pune family,

In 2013, our founder Rajesh Nene was helping his parents buy their first apartment in Pune. What should have been an exciting step became a maze of jargon, hidden charges and unreliable builders. He decided there had to be a kinder way.

Nestora Homes was born from that frustration — a developer focused on affordable apartments in Pune for first-time buyers and growing families. We price honestly, build with modern quality systems and stay with you long after possession.
